Search Tips and Tricks

Having trouble finding what you are looking for? Use these simple search tricks to get results:

AND, and, + (plus character)

Use any of these operators to get search results which combine two keywords. For example: “Financial and Accounting” or “Financial + Accounting””

OR, or, | (pipe character)

Use any of these operators to get search results that contain either of the keywords used. For example: “Financial OR Accounting”

“____”

Use double quotes around key words or phrases like Financial Accounting to get search results for phrases which have the keywords in that order only. Note: single quotes are ignored.

( ____ )

Use ( ), like (Financial) Accounting - to signify precedence over Financial.

NOT

Use NOT to get search results that exclude one key word. For example: Accounting NOT Financial will return results that have "Accounting" but not "Financial"
